Event Details

The Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans (TOYM) program is Minnesota’s only statewide recognition program for outstanding young leaders.

The program acknowledges the efforts of young leaders that have contributed to our state through their service, thought/influence, community involvement, or entrepreneurship.

The Minnesota Jaycees Outstanding Young Farmer (OYF) program has been recognizing the importance of strong young leaders in our agricultural industry since 1954. The program recognizes the accomplishments of young farmers in the progress of their career, their use of soil and water conservation practices, and their contributions to the well-being of their community.

The TOYM/OYF Honoree Banquet will be held Saturday, December 5. TOYM/OYF is being held AFTER MN Junior Chamber Leadership Academy (JCLA) which is held earlier that day.
Seating for dinner will begin at 6:30 with the program beginning at 7:30.

JCLA is an opportunity for incoming local Jaycee chapter officers to learn more about the skills it takes run their chapter effectively- everything from group dynamics, management topics, leadership skills, to managing the chapter's budget.
